Our Policy "All Sales Are Final": All purchases of physical products are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for items unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or if you received an incorrect item. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. The "All Sales Final" notice is also present on each product page for transparency.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Since every item is custom-made when you order it, our return policy is based on quality and accuracy.

 

We DO offer refunds or replacements for:

* Damaged Items: If your product arrives broken or damaged.

* Misprinted or Defective Items: If there is a clear error in the printing or construction of the product.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive a different item than the one you ordered.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for:

* Ordering the wrong size or color. (Please check our sizing guides before ordering).

* "Buyer's remorse" (deciding you no longer want the item).

4. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

5. Refund Processing If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
